Birthday party at the estate
A relaxed, magical celebration where children have fun, get creative and spend real time with the animals.
Did you know your child and their friends can celebrate a birthday here at the estate? A relaxed and magical party awaits them, where the most important thing is having a great time – while being creative and close to the animals.
The party includes time with every resident of the estate. This is not looking at animals from a distance, but real contact: the children feed them, pet them and discover what makes each of them special.
The birthday child picks one activity or workshop
- Fragrant alchemy: in a real copper alembic, the way it was done more than 1,500 years ago, we distil a herbal hydrosol and learn about herbs and aromatherapy. Everyone takes home a mini room scent.
- Stone carving: we carve the first letter of a name into stone and get to know an ancient, disappearing craft. A one-of-a-kind piece goes home.
- Kokedama: we "plant" a flower using an old Japanese technique. Everyone takes home a new green roommate.
- A creative workshop on a theme of your choice. The children take their creations home.
- Horse time: we groom the horses and take our little pony mare for a walk.
We choose the activity or workshop together, based on the birthday child's wishes and age.
Who they will meet
Alpacas, horses and ponies, silkie hens, Swiss blacknose sheep, quails, cheeky ducks, American mini pigs and Alex the Greek tortoise (he hibernates in winter, so you won't see him then).
All year round, in any weather
With plenty of covered space and a heated workshop room, we hold parties throughout the year. Last year, winter was actually our busiest birthday season.

- A 2-hour party at the estate.

- For workshops, a creation the children take home.

- The birthday child and friends, up to 10 children in total.
- We adapt the activity to the birthday child's age.
