Experiences
Choose your experience
There is a lot going on at the estate, so everyone finds the right experience. They all share one thing: relaxed time in the company of animals. Click an experience for details, prices and how it works.
Relaxation and time together
Tea with the sheep, zen with the alpacas, a day without phones or a holiday camp. For individuals, couples, families and groups.
Therapeutic activities
Professionally guided sessions with animals and in the forest, led by Mojca, an animal-assisted and forest therapist.
Workshops and more
Stone carving with Simon, distilling scents over a copper still, team building and experiences made to measure.
Weekday and weekend prices. For most experiences the lower price applies Monday to Thursday and the higher one Friday to Sunday. All experiences are by appointment.
Nino the horse
“In a way he stands for the mission of our estate: a place for everyone, whatever their wounds and past, to learn to relax and feel joy.”
Nino was a tourist horse and a riding-school horse. When Mojca and Simon came to buy Tilly, he leaned his head on Simon's shoulder. They couldn't leave him behind.

About us
We are Mojca and Simon
Our journey together began by the beautiful Kolpa river. We soon realised we shared a love of animals and nature, and started looking for a place where we could make our dream come true. When we bought the estate in Vinica, a stone's throw from the Kolpa, we began building our fairy-tale place, which we would love to share with you.
Mojca is a sociologist. She trained for four years as a Gestalt family psychotherapist, qualified as a forest therapist and an animal-assisted therapist, and is now completing her training in equine-assisted therapy. Before that, she set up a youth centre and youth institute in Koper and worked with young people for nine years.
Simon is an experienced stonemason who creates one-of-a-kind stone pieces and runs stone-carving workshops. He loves sharing his passion with anyone who wants to discover the ancient craft of working stone by hand.
LEADER project
Nature as a therapist
The project is led by Zavod Magnolija in partnership with Zavod Medico Ars and the farm of Edvard Plut. Through therapies and workshops involving animals, the forest and gardening, it supports the mental health and social inclusion of young people, older people and people with mental health conditions in the municipalities of Črnomelj, Metlika and Semič.
As part of the project, learning gardens are being created in Ogulin near Vinica and in Semič, along with a workshop space and a therapeutic estate. It runs from September 2025 to December 2026.
